Use your Kindle to download eBooks from Overdrive

Most of the library's eBook titles now have a "Get for Kindle" button. Clicking this button will connect you to Amazon.com. Log in to your Amazon account or create one (free) and select a kindle device or reading app. Click the "Get library book" button and sync your device or app to download the book. An active Wi-Fi connection is required for wireless delivery.

Specify a personal loan period based on format (7 or 14 days). Adobe eBooks may be returned early.
iPod, iPhone and Mac compatible. The Overdrive Media Console for iPhone app will work on iPad with iOS 4.

Overdrive has added more than 15,000 free (public domain) ePub eBook titles to our web site. There’s no authentication needed to access these eBooks and the eBook titles don’t expire or count against your checkout limit when they download.
Project Gutenberg is the first and largest single collection of free electronic books or eBooks.
LibriVox provides free audiobooks from the public domain.

Downloadable media services are not available if the amount due on an account exceeds $4.99 or the card has expired. Cards expire every three years and need to be updated in person at your local branch.
